About Town Owl Taphouse

Town Owl Taphouse is an independently owned bar in Stroud. We are passionate about great craft keg beer which we try and source as locally as we can from around Gloucestershire and the South West. Our rotating tap wall provides a variety of styles of beer, including a cider, with the occasional guest beer from further afield. We also try to select local wines and spirits where possible including our very local Woodchester Valley Wines and Thornbury 6 O'Clock Gin. We aim to provide a relaxing social space and encourage conversation and a sense of community. You are welcome to bring in food to eat from our local popular farmers market or other food vendors including Five Valleys. Our first floor room is available for private functions, classes or events and can also include the roof terrace. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss details further.
