The women behind the Collective.
Sarah O'Neill is the Founder of Cotswold Collective, a mum to two little boys and an experienced events and marketing professional. She's passionate about creating community and showcasing the fantastic businesses the area has to offer. Sarah launched the Collective to give people a fun and accessible way to shop local, enjoy exclusive perks and feel part of something special. Jacqueline Randall is our Co-Founder. After a career in private equity, she swapped corporate London life for the Cotswolds countryside. She's passionate about championing local businesses and connecting people with the pubs, shops, cafés and experiences on their doorstep. For Jacqueline, the Collective is about celebrating what makes the Cotswolds unique and helping it thrive.
